HNL Round 9 Recap: Hajduk-Dinamo Postponed, Osijek Tops Gorica in Dramatic Finish

September 20, 2021 - The 9th round of the Croatian First League was held from September 17 to 19, 2021. The 'Eternal Derby' between Hajduk and Dinamo at Poljud was postponed due to Dinamo's Europa League schedule, while Osijek's late-winner against Gorica saw the match end 3:2 at City Garden. HNS Invests HRK 3.5 million in Croatian Women's Football

September 18, 2021 - Croatian women's football will see an HRK 3.5 million investment by the Croatian Football Federation (HNS). This week, the Croatian Football Federation paid the first installment of funds into Croatian women's football clubs, for which HRK 3.5 million is planned annually, reports HNS. In cooperation with FIFA and using funds from the Forward program, the Croatian Football Federation will invest HRK 3.5 million in developing women's football this year. New World Record Set at 71st Boris Hanžeković Memorial in Zagreb!

September 15, 2021 - One world and four rally records marked the 71st Boris Hanžeković Memorial - Continental Tour Gold Athletic Rally, which was held at the Mladost Stadium along the Sava. European Junior Windsurfing Championship Ends in Bol, Ian Anić U15 Champion!

September 13, 2021 - Croatian Ian Anić is the European champion in windsurfing in the U15 iQ foil Olympic class, ahead of Israeli Gefen and Latvian Busmanis at the European Junior Windsurfing Championship in Bol.  In the U17 group, Frenchman Eliot Ponce-Baranski won among men and Israeli Tamar Stainberg among women. Toni Kukoč Officially Becomes A Member of the Basketball Hall of Fame

September 12, 2021 - In a ceremony held last night, Toni Kukoč officially became an enshrined member of the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame. The ceremony of the induction of the class of 2021 was held in Springfield, Massachusetts.
