Melania Trump Croatian Billboard Saga: Version 2

After lawyers for First Lady Melania Trump intervened, the Croatian marketing campaign which went global reinvents itself on September 20, 2017. 

As an exercise in how to get attention, there is no doubt that the recent campaign by the Americki Institut in Zagreb was a massive hit. International column inches reporting on the campaign using Melania Trump's image with the caption "Just imagine how far you can go with a little bit of English" were a PR agency's dream.  

But not everyone was happy, and as news of the campaign reached The White House, it was perhaps only a matter of time before Melania Trump's lawyers took issue with the advertising. As previously reported, the billboards were removed yesterday, as well as all reference of the campaign on the language school's social media channels, to be replaced by a video of Brenda Lee's hit, I'm Sorry.
