An exclusive project on the southern side of the island of Brač by the sea and the uninhabited part of the island.

The project comprises of a group of plots of land covering an area of around 105,000 m2 with the possibility of the construction of several buildings in accordance with spatial and urban planning.


Currently, a project for one building is available and excavation has already commenced. 3 water tanks have already been made, as well as a larger proportion of the dry stone wall.

650 olive trees have been planted on the land plot and preparations for the planting of 350 more olive trees have been made.


According to the project, the villa comprises of a basement and the ground floor with the gross living area of 500 m2.

In addition to the villa, there would be an auxiliary building with a gazebo (25m2), a sewage disposal tank and rainwater collection system.


The villas would be 80 meters away from the sea, whilst the plot of land is right by the sea.

The location has an extreme amount of privacy, whilst the centre of the town with all the programmes is around 10 km away.


The land plot is provided with a direct access by car, which is very important and there are 6 car parks.

**The price for the entire land plot covering an area of 105,000 square meters and the obtained legally valid construction permits stands at €2,000,000.


***There is a possibility of purchase of 1 fully completed villa located on the land plot covering an area of 30,000 square meters. The price of this option is €1,500,000.

  • Traffic is of medium intensity on the A1 Zagreb-Split-Ploče, A2 Zagreb-Macelj, A3 Bregana-Lipovac, A6 Rijeka-Zagreb motorways and on the motorways in Istria. There are no longer delays at Lučko toll station. Occasional hold-ups are possible along the DC8 Adriatic road on acces roads to tourist centres, on the DC1 state road, in ferry ports and at border crossings. Sections of the roads closed due to roadworks: -the DC29 from Novi Golubovec (DC29, DC35) -the DC502 Smilčić-Pridraga state road -ŽC5042 Višnjan-Tićan. Traffic is regulated by traffic signals/one road lane is free only: -on the DC1 state road in Knin, on the section Sučević-Otrić in Otrić -on the state road DC2 in Vukovar, (Kudeljarska and Priljevo street) -on the state road DC66 Pula- Raša bridge -on the state road DC206 Valentinovo-Petrovsko. With the sunny and dry weather, more and more cyclists and motorists are on the roads. Other vehicles (such as cars or trucks) should look carefully for bicyclists before turning left or right, merging into bicycle lanes and opening doors next to moving traffic. Check your mirrors and be aware of blind spots before turning. While at a stop sign or red light, make a complete stop in order to let bikers pass, and check for unseen riders. Respect the right of way of bicyclists because they are entitled to share the road with you. Cyclists are not immune to traffic violations: pay attention to red lights and practice arm signaling!
