Enchanting modern villa on the island of Murter.

This modern and luxurious villa with a swimming pool was designed by respected architectural firm Dva arhitekta. It is located on the island of Murter, in the village with the same name. With its creative design and ambiance, the villa blends perfectly with the authentic, stone-paved streets, the small and simple houses, and stone walls covered with vines and climbing plants.

The villa was built in 2016 on a spacious 1,200 square-meter plot and is only 70 meters from the sea and the beach.

It extends over 700 square meters of living area. On the lower, semi-underground level there is a boiler room, a laundry room, five bedrooms, each with a bathroom, and a living room with a kitchen. Along the entire floor, you can enjoy a view of the lush longitudinal garden that transforms the space into an idyllic place for relaxation.

The ground floor comprises the central area of the villa with direct access to the swimming pool and a sunbathing area whose hidden sliding doors convey a feeling of lightness and brightness. Designed as a covered terrace with a functional kitchen, a dining area, and a spacious living area, it is ideal for enjoyment and relaxation or activities by the pool.

In addition, a bedroom with a bathroom, a fitness room, a storage room, an additional toilet and a four-car garage are located on this level.

Below the terraces and the swimming pool, there is an engine room, an outdoor shower, a whirlpool, a terrace with a barbecue and an entertainment area. There is an additional terrace with lounge chairs located at the rear of this area.

Special attention was devoted to the garden and its horticulture. The owner’s fondness for Mediterranean plants inspired the architects to give them a central place and, at the same time, to transform the grounds around the villa into an oasis of nature and solitude. During construction, only materials meeting the highest EU standards were used. The exquisite design and equipment include a central audio system, a new generation of Wi-Fi systems, an alarm system with surveillance cameras, and subterranean systems for nourishing and irrigating the garden.

The extraordinary location and the generosity of the landscape, with the largest number of islands in its area, the many sandy beaches, and the interesting destinations, such as the national parks of Kornati, Paklenica and Krka, make the villa unique on the market, providing all the benefits of a peaceful and relaxing life or holiday with a large dose of comfort and luxury.
