Dalmatian food is slowly being discovered around the world, and its unique combination of local fresh ingredients, historical influences and the treasures of the Adriatic ensure that it will remain a foodie's delight. Anthony Bourdain's recent discovery of Croatian cuisine (see the video below) put the region's food firmly into the international spotlight.
